Few summer seasons have been as vibrant, productive, and joy-filled as this past one. We began in May with two wonderful weddings at Högberga Gård and a pair of unforgettable birthday celebrations in the city. It was a month bursting with love, laughter, and creativity — the perfect start to an extraordinary season.
Then came June, and with it, one of the most special experiences of the year: helping Didem and Antti create their fairy-tale wedding in the south of France.
From the very first meeting, their love story radiated elegance and warmth. Planning their celebration was seamless from start to finish, and the collaboration with Château de la Napoule, along with the talented teams at Gala Organisation and Pavillon Traiteur, made the journey truly inspiring. The result? A wedding that felt like pure magic — and a couple who couldn’t have been happier.
The day began in Cannes, where Didem got ready in timeless style — makeup by Chanel (naturally) and a breathtaking gown from Milagro Stockholm.
Since Château de la Napoule functions as both an art foundation and museum during the day, we gained access to the castle from 3 p.m. — giving us just two and a half hours to complete the setup. Any event planner knows how tight that window is! But with teamwork, focus, and a shared vision, we transformed the venue into a romantic dreamscape.
The ceremony took place along the castle’s natural aisle, leading up to the historic façade. Accompanied by Swedish singer Melanie Taylor and pianist Alexandra Ellmark alongside the Italy string quartet, and officiated by a Swedish civil celebrant, the atmosphere was intimate, emotional, and unforgettable.
As the sun dipped lower over the Mediterranean, guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres overlooking the sea — a view as breathtaking as the couple themselves.
Dinner followed in the castle’s courtyard, beginning with a refreshing Limoncello aperitif before a three-course meal crafted by Pavillon Traiteur. To start with guests were treated to Seared tuna, courgette tartare and crisp courgette flower with pressed herb olive oil. Main course mixing a Scandinavian flare with the French cuisine with a Black & White Turbot, truffled potatoes and lemon-infused beurre blanc. And for dessert, a tasty & fresh Apricot & Provencal almond calisson with orange blossom & vanilla emulsion.
Laughter, heartfelt speeches, and the glow of candlelight filled the night.

When it was time to dance, guests moved inside the castle for exquisite cocktails, a Sicilian wedding cake, and an energetic celebration party with DJ Alec Palmroos and singer Melanie Taylor as main entertainment — with Didem dazzling in her second gown, a stunning creation from Swedish designer By Malina the wedding was a success.
The celebrations continued the very next day at the beach club La Môme Plage in Cannes where guests could enjoy an afternoon by the water. Drinks, brunch buffet and music were all part of this second day and we could not have seen a more happy wedding couple.
It was truly an honor to be part of such a love-filled celebration — one that perfectly combined French charm with Scandinavian style. And to top it all off, the wedding was beautifully captured by the amazing Juuli Rönkä and featured in Vogue Scandinavia — a well-deserved spotlight for such a beautiful couple and unforgettable day.
