This means our UK-based couples have the opportunity for in-person consultations and planning meetings in London, while our Swedish and international clients can continue to enjoy our top-tier services from our beautiful office at Strandvägen 7A in Stockholm.

With a unique background as a ballerina with the Royal Swedish Ballet and on Broadway in New York, Mariella brings an unparalleled level of creativity, elegance, and attention to detail to her work. Since joining our team in 2017, Alexandra has brought an exceptional blend of grace, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. From grand castle weddings to intimate countryside celebrations, Alexandra has worked alongside Mariella to create experiences that are both exquisite and deeply personal. She has also led the planning and execution of numerous high-end weddings across the Stockholm region, earning a reputation for her meticulous attention to detail and sophisticated aesthetic sensibility. Alexandra is well-equipped to handle any unexpected challenges. Her ability to anticipate needs and manage every moment with elegance ensures that our couples can relax and fully immerse themselves in the joy of their day.
As of spring 2026 Alexandra is appointed Head of Event.

Alexandra had everything in control and kept everything running smoothly, we were really guests at our own party, which was what we told you we wanted when we first met.

When we went to the cab to go home, she told us she’d already put the gifts in the car – we didn’t even know we got gifts. She really took good care of us the whole day.

Antonia is a reliable support to Mariella and the coordinators. She offers her assistance with tasks such as vendor coordination, event design, and client communication on the wedding day. From arranging 150 chairs to vacuum cleaning a barn, her positive attitude and willingness to help in any way she can, make her a valuable asset to our team.

Her cheerful attitude is contagious for both clients and vendors as she provides support before, during, and after the wedding day.

Assistant Wedding Coordinator

Natascha is our newest star. With wedding coordination in her DNA and as the creative artist she is, she brings both structure, logic, and artistry to our team. With her attention to detail and genuine dedication, she ensures that nothing is left to chance. Natascha is also very popular with our younger guests and sometimes doubles as a babysitter for our clients’ flower girls.
